Sakhi Trends: Returns & Exchange Policy

At Sakhi Trends, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully for all returns and exchanges.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order ID (proof of purchase).

Important: All components of the product must be returned together. For example, if you purchased a Kurti set, the Kurti, pant, and dupatta must all be included. If you purchased a saree, the blouse piece (if included in the original packaging) must also be returned. Missing tags or accessories will result in the return/exchange not being accepted.

2. Reporting Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Crucial for Damaged/Wrong Items: To support your claim, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the shipping label, order ID, and the damage or incorrect item. Without a clear unboxing video, we cannot be held responsible for returns or exchanges due to damage or incorrect items.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or 24 hours for damages/wrong items) via email or WhatsApp:

4.Return Shipping

You have two options for returning your parcel, but in both cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges:

Customer Arranges Shipping: You can choose to send the product back to us using your preferred courier service.

Sakhi Trends Assists (Upon Request): If you prefer, we can help arrange the return shipment for your convenience. However, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our office, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the product.

For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method used on our website.

For COD Orders: You must provide your bank account details or UPI ID via your registered email to info.sakhitrend@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+91 6353162589).

Note: Please ensure all bank/UPI details are correct. Sakhi Trends is not responsible for errors in shared details that result in incorrect transfers.

Important: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you haven't received your refund within 7-10 business days of approval, please contact us.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process as described above. Once your return is accepted, you can then place a separate new order for the desired item on our website.

Please Note: Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further actions (such as another exchange or refund) will be applicable on that specific exchanged order.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
